@megatroll i respect ur opinion and i love jerry west as a player,and general manager , and his skills are that of legend and hall of fame but although he averaged more points kobe is ahead of jerry west in the soring list and championships KB-5 JW-1 although if it wasnt for the 60's celtics he'd hav at least 4; but kobe's individual scoring is great and if he passes jordan he'll be the greatest scoring SG and Guard of all time

@imfreeinfinity correction although many hall of famers wore tat laker jersey Mr.Bryant IS the greatest laker of all time and by the end of his career, probably a top 5 player; i noe many players had skills tat kobe didnt hav but kobe has skills unmatched by anyone ever since jordan left
if u can find a profilic scorer with 5 titles who is 6th on the scoring list a certified legend and numerous scoring records besides MJ, im all ears other than tat stop hatin nd respect the great player he is

People should stop comparing who's better. you are wasting your time. some one will always rival your opinon because this is subjective. If you think Kobe is better then he is. If a person thinks otherwise then let it be. You will never get everybody to agree with you on this stop wasting time and energy. It's funny to see people pulling out stat sheets. A few things are certain. Kobe is hall of famer, He is a champion, and his jersey will be retired as one of the greatest lakers of all time.
