Vite perdite is a mediaeval song about a monk who is confessing his (many and very explicitly described) sins.
Olle Gällmo plays the Welsh crwth and sings (in Latin). Jan Winter plays the Moraharpa - an ancient form of nyckelharpa. Both these instruments are usually bowed, not plucked like this.
