Why did he go into the closet? Then try to shove the remote up his bum? Its funny he did that because in other videos he assumes people are calling him gay and he denies it..

I have the same shaped head. I call it the baby-egg head. I found out about it a few years back when I got drunk and decided to shave myself a mohawk.

Well, like others have said, it's fake. Also, reaction videos are supposed to be at least marginally funny. Some of these reaction videos are nothing more than a bad case of g.o.t.i.s. and a sprinkle of compliment fishing.

Your reaction to this was very similar to mine. I could not believe it at first. Have you seen the video where he sits in a tree, or the one where he plays the guitar and gets teased by his brother again? It's horrible. This boy needs serious help. I feel bad for him.
