This. This is the song of my childhood. My Dad is a huge classic rock enthusiast, and he introduced me to it at a very young age. Now here I am, 21, listening to the track, filled with nostalgia.

I had forgotten this tune, until i stumbled across, "I had too much to dream", and decided to run the you tube collection.. I saw the name, and it came back to me instantly.

God, I was so much younger then (excuse the cliche). I remember this one very well! A bit of Bo Diddley with some spacy sound-effects. I've always thought of a UFO taking off when this one begins. This is king tone, baby! Thank you, Electric Prunes, Lenny Kaye and Little Steven!

Did you see these guys on The "Smothers Brothers"? They were as clean cut as the early Beach Boys! I expected drugged out freaks, quite surprising! Yeah the fetus bit is a bit much but great song anyway!

sound and vinyl spinner is top notch! But the featus-footage not cool.. won't post this on my twitter!

King Tone! Reverb, echo-delay, Fuzz, and Farfisa -- por vida! Three days in space and then re-entry.

I love the change at about 1.40. Pure Bo Diddley of course and that is why it is great!

Nearly all my favourite tunes over the years are ones that either weren't hits or missed out on the Top 30. If people would scan more in that direction they may just discover some classic gems, just like the excellent Electric Prunes!
