for those who cant get on to Localhost/admin try turn of your skype (if u have it on).

If it still dont work try to tur of MySQL and if you dont have it up go press Ctrl+Alt+Del and go to process and turn of MySqld. (If you use w7 u might nned to go to "show process for all users" and then turn if of).
