Hula Shim Sham at 9:20 Special Open House - 10/1/2009

The organizers of legendary swing dancer, Frankie Manning's 95th birthday celebration in NYC (May 2009) sent a call to dancers all around the globe to submit footage of a jazz routine called the Shim Sham. A group of hula-swing dancers from the Bay Area submitted their version of this routine. You can see the edited version of this Global Shim Sham on YouTube.
Footage of this performance was for the 9:20 Special's Open House on 10/1/2009. The gentlemen show the jazz version of this dance.
