@Olywa12. Oh he's for real alright! He served with the USMC first in his military career, so no BMT. As for PME, perhaps he made NCO status previously in the USMC? And as for any other chance at another PME, perhaps his commanders did not want to be disgraced by a cat like this ranking in the bottom of his class (?), as he does not have the 'gold standard' of public speaking, as it is readily apparent.
