Swampert is a little too slow for a offensive rain team. And i actually don't have anyone weak to electric attacks, except Floatzel. Shaymin resists Electric and Jolteon has VoltAbsorb to handle it as well.

Yea i swapped Surf for HydroPump after yesterday's battles. Packs a lot more punch to score some important OHKOs, i'm glad it didn't miss though xD
