For those who don't understand the bill here is an outline:

1) if you have health care insurance you DO NOT pay any taxes.

2) if you have no health care insurance you pay the tax.

Now here's the awesome part of this bill. If you can not afford health care on your own you will be helped by the government to get your own health care. This help is called vouchers or credit. This will help to avoid to pay this tax. Remember you need health care insurance so you the tax payer will be able to t
