  • you use those kind of weights with other excercises like push ups etc etc right?

  • @filosofodemierda

I don't do weighted pushups but I do barbell bench press and incline

  • that looked too easy you could have added about 15 lbs on

  • @NRGPhuk

Since the news was there I needed to do a weight I new I could get.

  • sorry to disaapoint u lads.. but world record belong to jan luka 62 yrs old man 101 kg pull up ;)

  • @TheSmajgol

Recordholders..org makes no mention of it but I've seen his video very strong. Just needs to be dead hang and use a over hand grip both are required for this this record.

If you find a +400 lb person who can do a dead hang strict pull-up you be sure to tell him he could be a world record holder.

  • @shiftedshapes

I've tried Chin-ups and weighted Chins they don't feel natural to me. My wrists and hands want to turn in wards. I believe pull-ups to be more natural. You can't chin-up your self over a brick wall.

  • @extremistpullup I currently weigh 230lbs and can strictly do 15 pullups I do however get pain in my lower biceps. I usually do 5 sets or more a day of 15 reps. Is this something you deal with too? Or is it just something that will go away with time. Thanks

  • how many days a week do u do pull ups?

  • @ExtremistPullup I'm on your side, I know if I could beat that record I would do it real quick. It isn't going to get any easier as time passes. Especially, when some guy who is super juiced starts training specifically. Anyone who isn't setting up to beat it probably has doubts of what they can do with plates.

  • Looked like it was easy for ya man

  • I'm 265 and can do reps with 90lbs hanging. Never tried to max out doing it. Crazy part... I couldn't do 3 pull ups unweighted a year ago. Gym damn near everyday for a year and a lot of damn food!!!

  • @TheSmajgol could you tell me what to search to find that video, thanks
