The engineers feel it neccessary to blow their horns at 2am as they are following regulations set out in law by the British Columbia Railway Act, and the British Columbia Safety Council. Trains are a 24 hour operation. If you don't like it you should have researched the area before you decided to live there. The trains have been there a hell of lot longer than you have. Deal with it, or leave.

Thank God it's all coming down soon. The UBE is gonna bury most of the train track along Front street too. Everything is going to be encapsulated and finnally we can all get some shut eye. I hate those engineers who feel it neccessary to blow their horns at 2am.
