The video is taking the Clique's "Superman" and rightly making fun of Nietzsche's ideal "Superman" and Hitler's infatuation with the same. Whether the song is performed by the Clique or REM or the garage band down the street from me is immaterial to the content of the video. Fwiw I like both the Clique's and REMs versions of the song.

@eieiowens I saw that just as i sent that in. It seems that my error is in using a p.c. that has the paint worn off the A and I and a few others. My favorite (partial) version of this tune comes from the IBM 'Lotus R5' commercial back in 1998 or so... very haunting, with an expanded harmony towards the end. But it's nice to hear the original.
