Try this exercise for a certain distance, rest for 45 seconds and repeat. This will tone the upperbody and strengthen the core.

  • as i kno of it, it exersices ur upper body ( same muscles as a pushup), ur abdominals and you legs ( forgot exatly which leg muscles)
