WOW -- I am a guy, but I "HAVE TO" watch all of Clay Aiken's performances on YouTube, and listen to his incredible vioce.
What an artist! A sensitive, wonderful person with such a great talent.....
He should have won American Idol! (Actually, he won).

My comment was due to the words "high notes..." in this video title that quickly reminded me of Clay Aiken's performance in AI when he sang Open Arms. Well I do like Clay Aiken's voice. Here is my list of Clay Aiken's performances (though not included in this video) that I really like :
1. Bridge over troubled water (in AI finale)
2. Don't let the sun go down (in AI finale)
3. To love somebody
4. This is the night (in AI finale)

The man has an amazing vocal range. There is nothing out there he can't sing, well o.k he can't rap but that's ok cuz I don't like rap anyway!

I notice that he got into a little difficulty when he sang Journey' song titled "Open Arms". I think it's because there were very high tones in that song that only Stephen Perry (Journey' vocalist) can sing it very well.

Funny that you mentioned a song which isn't in this video, but it's okay :)
And about "Open Arms", you know, no one is perfect - even a great singer has difficulties every now and then :)
