  • It's a way to learn a system quickly. Using your body helps wire it in even faster! Kinesthetic anchors, strong language, and a focus heightens the learning. Repetition helps it stick. Simple process really.

  • This looks like a damm CULT. LOL

  • OMG !!! This is so funny. I never thought to use a mnemonic/body dance to remember the steps. This makes it really stick to the mind. Wish I had been there.

  • I like playing 7master steps but I don't. I am going to practice 100 times.

  • I'm going to have to transcribe this and do it like 1000 times...

  • @dharmacelt who labeled the event as a negative emotion? the CAUSE of the negative emotion is due to the label or meaning you have attached to it i.e.-negative. The problem is solved when you realize that you are the master of creating the meaning, until then, you'll always be at the effect. In every event in life there is a gift and a lesson.

  • Pavlovian conditioning is a temporary effect - eventually the dog learns that food does not always follow the bell, and the automatic salivating stops.

From my perspective the behaviorist approach is a recurring weakness in NLP and those who use/teach its methods. For example, emotional issues are addressed as effects, or "states" - don't like your current state? Change it by evoking a more desirable & productive state. Problem solved. Really? What about the CAUSES of the negative emotion?

  • This sounds crazy, and I was a Scientologist.

  • @Kamka71 My guess is that Ding Ding Woof Woof refers to Pavlov's Dog. If you don't know about this I recommend you search for an explanation as it's fundamental to understanding how we form habits.

I think you didn't read the description and don't realise that it's a training program for people to help others, it's not a motivational seminar. And actually being silly and jumping around is going to help them learn the material way more effectively.

  • Thanks for this, very helpful!
