for the end of the inside volcano level, there was a spinning jump thing on ur left and it takes you to the 1-up part of the flagpole

@UnfinishedBuisness26 You have to either spend 5 star coins on those mushroom houses or when you get to a bowser jr castle and complete it or a new world it asks you if you want to save.
