@MrNana50cheese I didnt make this, its free stock footage from Andrew Kramer, you should go to their site. Anyway he has a bunch of HD footage on discs that you buy from them, and this was one of them.
Its not that hard to make though, the line particles are just particles with a certain exposure time on them so they fade away like that and keep the line, whilst the small blue ones are really just particles with a hole in the middle floating around with a glow added.
