I think people need to forget about HER surgery. She made decisions, it's her face and she has to live with it. At the end of the day it's the clothes that she's famous for, and we should be commenting in that and not what she has chosen to have done to her own body.

i think its sick how the only thing people can talk about is the way donatella looks. i find her to look very distinguished. in the same way that karl lagerfeld isn't conventionally good looking, he's a genius and makes other people look amazing. donatella is the same. you can ridicule her looks, but she makes people look amazing.
