Say you have an iPad. And stupid apple decided to not put a USB drive in it. Could you use a bluetooth USB and connect it to it. And if so, put files on it?

do u really need a laptop?? i have a bluetooth microphone and id really like to make it work on my PC
the adapter works on windows xp but i cant install the software, keeps saying "could not create some files"
