I love Mississippi Mass and their songs. Mississippi Mass is the most anointed choir of this era. My favorite choir after Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church, Chicago, Dr. LouDella Evans Reid, Directress and St. James Missionary Baptist Church, Detroit, Jimmy Dow, Director

I like the the robes with MMC. I think more choirs need top go back to this... we just worship any kind of way these days.

True. But, they still look cool! They may not entirely give up this style, but since the sashes are reversible on this version of the uniforms, they can, on occasion, wear them on the reverse side; which is solid red. Just like they did recently when MMC did a live recording with Dorothy Norwood a few years ago. Kinda cool, huh?

You know out of all the uniforms they've worn over the years; I think this one's a lot better because, they have several advantages over the old ones, in which case they can be worn in three different ways.
1) Because the sashes are reversible, the can be worn on the classic stripes design
2). They can wear them with the Red side of the sashes.
3) They can be worn without the sashes.

The robes are signature Mississippi Mass. Anyone who sees this choir knows who they are by the robes. They may change a little bit from time to time, but they will probably never totally leave this style. Just like Georgia Mass will probably never completely give up their red robes.
