Official Selection Sundance 2011
Guggenheim Museum/Youtube Video Biennial Short List

"It's rather brilliant," The Washington Post
"very cool film," NYTimes
"We've chosen our top films," Huffington Post

Technology can be addictive. In a tribute to Allen Ginsberg's classic 1956 poem, we created a short film lampooning the addictions of our generation. It's narrated by Peter Coyote.

The filmmaking team behind "Yelp: With Aplogies to Allen Ginsberg's Howl," also made the 2011 Sundance documentary "Connected: An Autoblogography about Love, Death & Technology."

You can learn more about both films at:

  • i'm probably wrong but this is on youtube, right?

but i'm most likely missing "the bigger picture", so it's okay.

  • @mabvsfd With you on that!

  • the present tense is boring.

  • they didnt say anything about internet porn

  • Before I get all the hate for my last post, let me say that I am all about protesting. War sucks. Wars that we don't have any business fighting suck much worse. The powers that be sending troops in for corporate interests is immoral. But I am NEVER against soldiers. The majority of Vietnam troops were drafted. They didn't want to go, but they did. And when they came back, many were assaulted by "peace loving" hippies. Hate the war, not the soldier.

    Fuck hippies.

  • Hippie era? Fuck hippies. "I'm going to protest war and 'the man' by refusing to bathe and by fucking as many people as possible. I am going to 'free my mind' with LSD. I am going to spread my message of peace by throwing shit at soldiers and calling them baby killers, even though most of those 'baby killers' didn't want to be in Vietnam, but had to stones to do what was asked of them when their b-day came up."

    Fuck hippies.

  • @CO2H2O can they unplug us and take back to Hippie era

  • @SuperPapatoto

    ....and watch the fox news

  • Yeah! Unplug! Screw technology! Now let me just post this comment before I do all that though.... In fact, I think I need to check my email, too...

  • @BearWithGlasses well... maybe reading a book, or stay with friends, or playing a sport, or going out for a walk...
