i beat him on my second try =)

cecil lvl 37- he must heal or use Twincast if have

kain lvl 37- use cry if have and ONLY jump

rosa lvl 30-heal or use twincast with cecil AND don't forget to cast slow on rubicante

rydia lvl 35-cast BIO on rubicante and he will keep losing HP

edge lvl 35- steal when rubicante open his cape or throw shurikens

@VidJudge1 You know palom and porom right, well you give each of the twins 1 augment and addtion to that you give 1 more augment to either of the two twins, so three augments for the twins ( I gave them item lore, auto potion and curse ) , then when they leave your party by turning themself's into stone, you go to mysdia and talk to the elder ( the guy you spoke to to go to mount ordeals for paladin cecil ) there you should get bluff, cry, and the dualcast augment, hope i helped :)
