ABOUT THE BLOODGRASS:
If you have the game on the PC, you can bring up the console while in game with the ~ key. Then type "set MS40.cureready to 1" (without the quotes) and hit enter. Then the bloodgrass topic should be back in the conversation.

If you've got it for 360, you can download an official Bethesda patch for the game that will fix the glitch and many others.

If you've got it for PS3, go to http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Vampire_Cure#PS3_GoTY_Vampirism_Cure_Notes and follow those steps. It will unfortunately not be easy
