Sadly, Joe Biden may get his wish.
The 9.11 commission made it clear that it was Bill Clinton's treating terrorism as a "police" matter that was a major factor in this attack. Obama, from the time he took office has returned to that mindset. Obama now requires the Miranda rights be read to terrorists captured on the battlefield. Obama has taken the responsibility of interrogation of terrorists way from the CIA and turned it over to a "multi-agency taskforce." This and other Obama actions according to the 9/11 commission will set up the United states for another attack.
It has happened again, with the massacre at Fort Hood. Now Obama has negated the guilty pleas of those at Gitmo and wants them to come to New York for a criminal trial.
