Before leaving ridiculous comments implying this is "cruel", put your brain into gear, then you might realise it was discovered the dog did this whilst (like millions of dog owners do on a daily basis do with their dogs) tied up, and thought with a bit of background music it would make a funny video, which it clearly does.

Firstly the damn dog is a MinPin and the perfect size for his bread. Mine was a bit bigger and had to go on a diet to protect his heart.

Second, for all my dogs life whether he was tied up or out walking on a leash he would pull ahead like a madman. Nature of the bread.

Thirdly, have you never see a dog tied outside on a chain by its owners house before? Drive down any rural road and you'll see lots. Unless you know all the facts involved in a video, keep your gob shut.
