The difference between China and the US is people in the US are meant to live in a progressive, educated and democratic society. Don't forger too that the US were funding warloards prior to this, this is when the rights of women went downhill. @gazzxr That's actually false. Everyone makes these stereotypical statements that Americans are dumb. In fact, we aren't. Some of the smartest people to ever live were American. Look at Steve Jobs; quite possibly the greatest innovator of all time. Without him, I doubt many people in the world would own the greatest technologies created. Also, looked at our military technology. It's decades newer than most countries.
