許燕斌---芹菜炒豆乾

材料&調味料

豆乾 300g
芹菜 50g
辣椒 10g
豬肉 100g
鹽 1小匙
油 1/2小匙
香菇精 少許




作 法
1. 豬肉及豆乾切絲、芹菜切段 、辣椒切段。
2. 鍋內放兩大匙油熱鍋,爆香辣椒。
3. 小火將豆乾炒到呈金黃色、加入芹菜段及豬肉絲拌炒 。
4. 加少許水,蓋上鍋蓋燜煮。
5. 加一小匙鹽巴、少許香菇精調味。
6. 再蓋上鍋蓋燜軟即可。
