@NiallatUTube Though I agree with everything else you said the areas that folded were above sea level, ironically. The French quarter was one of the few areas that had flooding that was below sea level. It was a faulty design that was the cause. And funny that no one thinks we should care how we maintain our levees. Watch NY flood in Earl for the same reason. XP

i know this does not compare to catrina but when england had a flood about 3;4 years ago it washed a hole vilage away houses cars bridges every thing it took them about 2 years to compleatly get it back to some sort of normality and that was just a vilage not a whole city these things take time i know there draging there heals a bit but be pationt at it will get back to normal if not better and i dont think its a race thing at all theres always been black politishions good luck
