La DIVINA!!! Hier die unglückliche Liu- -auf der anderen Seite die eisumgürtete Turandot -was für ein unglaublicher Unterschied !!!! Maria Callas konnte eben alle Rollen einzigartig interpretieren.Keine Sängerin war und ist dazu in der Lage.La grande Primadonna assoluta für alle Zeiten.

P.S - When I said she is the Queen of 20th century Opera, I meant the Queen of all 20th century Opera singers.........and although we're still very very early into the 21st century, I haven't encountered ANYONE from the present who can approach anything close to her SUI GENERIS MUSICAL TALENT, her DRAMATIC *ARTISTRY* and her INTERPRETATIVE GENIUS!
