Hi Penny, I will try these and hope they work. I think my pain might be caused by the pirforma muscle, had originally thought I had sciatica pain in my leg due to a strain on my back a few weeks ago, but I am not sure. My foot still remains numb and terrible pain in thigh and calf that wakes me i the night.
