You're overestimating this feat, especially considering the rest of the mana feats ToS get.
however, its a fairly useless discussion as 1. it's a pre req for anything else and 2. you don't really go oom @ end game.

In general, healing while below level 25-30ish or so is not indicative of how it will work later. Heals begin to scale MUCH better past a certain point, so don't worry.

nope you'll do great. since the game is still a bit buggy I run on medium instead of high so everything is smooth, but yeah you could at either just fine on your machine.

EVERYTHING changes as you level up, everything will continue to change, and it'll be different at 80. I believe the "main/off healer" concept will be blurred in AoC

That's on medium settings, I can run it on high usually without incident but the fields of the dead zone seems to make my FPS plummet. The performance is like day and night when I leave/re-enter : /

Yes you have to pay and to Ky: AoE mana tapping is a great build, but since my experiment is thunder all the way to 80 (because everyone else seems to prefer lightning or a mix) I'll be thundering all the way there :)
