This video was taken during laser surgery for Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome. The first part is them scanning the placenta to make sure they got all the shared vessels.

At 47 seconds, The first baby you see is Baby A, our recipient twin. He has his fist covering his face. Then they scanned his legs, feet and move down to his rear end.

Next it moves on to Baby B our donor twin. You will see his chin, nose and eyes with his hands on each side of his face.

The ultrasound portion of the video shows last, although it was running during the surgery to help guide the laser.

The surgery was done during the 19th week of pregnancy by Dr. Walker and his team from Eastside Maternal Fetal Medicine in Kirkland, WA. Both boys survived the surgery and continue to grow! We should meet them in October!
