Ann Vileisis on 'Kitchen Literacy'

Ann Vileisis, author of "Kitchen Literacy: How We've Lost Knowledge of Where Food Comes From and Why We Need to Get it Back," spoke at The College of Idaho on March 22, 2011, as part of a series of events celebrating "2011: The Year of Idaho Food."
