@MindSeeR666 I'm actually not quite sure why it states 1333/1066, it was some ridiculous reason though. But yeah people use 2000MHz+ RAM on that board so you shouldn't have problems with 1600MHz.

@Dex1n Ah, okay thank you... I'll get the vengeance it is so much cheaper for 12GB of that then the dominator 12GB. I guess 1600 it is.. Tehe... I was worried at first I thought only 1333/1066 speeds would fit. Thanks for clearing things up..

@MindSeeR666 There's no reason to choose dominator over vengeance, especially if the price difference is huge. RAM doesn't matter much anyway, just how much you have it matters the most and decent speeds like 1600mhz.

@Dex1n I bought two GTX 560s.. I might as well by the vengeance.. It's so much cheaper then the dominator. Thanks for your help tho.

@MindSeeR666 Well the fan isn't really needed for RAM ;D Unless it's very high speed like 2133MHz+. If you're looking for new GPU GTX 580 is the best choice, if you got the money. 590 and 6990 are dual GPUs and they do have micro stuttering. 570 isn't that bad either. But I wouldn't go with 2 midrange cards, better to have 1 powerful single GPU so you don't run into heat problems and driver problems which come with SLI/CrossfireX set ups.

@Dex1n I'm planning on upgrading I have that board with 6 GB of RAM and a I7 920 @ 4.2Ghz.. I was thinking on upgrading to Corsair Vengeance 12GB. Or the corsair dominator gt 12GB I quite like the fan you can get for the dominator. But if I go for the vengeance *which is cheaper* I could buy the fan separately.

@MindSeeR666 Yes it can have 1600Mhz memory. Are you buying/building new rig or are you just updating it? If you're byuing totally new, for a gamer lga 1155 is better platform and doesn't cost as much. And you can use the saved money towards better graphics card and other stuff.

@Dex1n I suppose you're right about that.. Also, my motherboard the Asus P6T Deluxe V2. What type of ram can it hold? I know the max is 24 GB.. But, I don't understand the speeds it can take. 6 x DIMM, Max. 24 GB, DDR3 2000(O.C.)*/1866(O.C.)*/1800(O
.C.)*/1600(O.C.)/1333/1066 Non-ECC,Un-buffered Memory. doesn't really mean much to to. can it only hold 133e/1066 speeds and the other numbers are what it can be overclocked too? Can it have memory that's at 1600? I'm a bit confused. -
@MindSeeR666 Well for gaming single GTX 580 would be better... I mean yeah 2x 560's will get bit better FPS BUT they tend to have micro stuttering which is similar to lag, when 2 GPUs can't communicate well with each other it stutters in game... Single and powerful GPU is always better option imo.. Unless you care more about benchmark scores than gaming. And to answer your question: depends on who you're talking to, I'd say it's a high end, but many enthusiasts wouldn't.

@Dex1n Would you say an I7 920 @ 4.2Ghz, two Asus GTX 560s ti in SLI, 6 GB of ram. 1604. Asus P6T Deluxe V2, Cooler Master HAF-X thermaltake 750W PSU, seagate momentus xt 500Gb.. is that high end or not?
