it is because western countries are afraid of China becomes stronger and bigger. so whenever they can not slove the problem ,they will put blame on china and chinese ppl.

@paciku 75%, no it can not be that high, Africa has been building its roads since 60's, only more roads are being built with the help from China given the fact that there is also deficit in road construction

@aitan844 - I don't trust western news reports about AfRAka or other Blacks---PERIOD. They are skewed and slanted to make Blacks appear backward, stupid, unbridled and a scourge upon humanity. I challenge that ILLUSION because ANY strife in AfRAka or among Black nations in the Diaspora was caused by those who invaded, colonized and enslaved PEACEFUL peoples. I see the BEAUTY in global AfRAkans and recognize our SPIRIT upon which our moral integrity is based. AfRAkans UNITE!

@clearner123 africa is not a country that was a bit of wishful thinking and a bit simplistic.. africa is not like america a set of states unified under one government .. we do not have one culture and one language like the americans , it is a continent so anyone saying otherwise doesnt have any concept of the SCALE of the CONTINENT and what pertains within it..
