lol how is this app useful for working out??
i dunno what kind of gym you go to but every machine shows exactly how to use the machine and what parts it will work out and guess what ITS FREE!!

the reason for the lack of more info of apps is because they want you to go to their website and check it out (and give them more hits). Otherwise, they would. It's not that hard to find the price, really.
