If you fear something, it will happen. If your being vegan just for yourself and not the planet. You can always tell with those who panic and run straight back to animal products. Try some wild herbs.. Dont wash them too much. Dont be so obsessed over bacteria... And dirt. Dont worry (:

Check beef liver nutrition table ( I mean vitamins / minerals )!
Compare with beef stakes, pork chops and vegetables or fruits...
Liver wins always... I hope you hate liver so I can get it cheaper in Tesco! :D

Nooooooooo...I'm going to die from B12 and omega3 deficiency, I'm 26 and I might die tomorrow. noooooooooooooooo...Save me meat, please save me!! these complex amino acids are so scary!!!...I think I'm just going to do myself in, I can't take it (oh no it's happening I'm deficient) Somebody get me a steak burger raw asap...

@dromycatcher Every raw fruit and vegetable has omega 3 in a perfect ratio to omega 6,and guess what,in its most bioavailable state. As far as b12 is concerned, thousends of years ago it was not a problem but today it is no longer a vegan problem it is actually a problem to us all.
