I heard this for the first time on a red translucent LP in 1975?ish with the lyrics. Looking for that album if anyone knows of it?

@scricchiolo I toured Italy in July 2009 with Larry Coryell and Joey DeFrancesco. Sorry you missed our great concerts, which you can now see on YouTube. I'm still playing my butt off on drums and making great music with a brand new super all-star CD release called "ANGEL FACE". I will be back in Italy soon!

@alphonsemouzon Hi Alphonse, I'm from Rome, Italy. Back in the 70's you were an idol for me and my friends. We were trying to emulate you and your photo was hanging from the wall in our room. What are you doing now? Will you come to play in Italy? You are a great great drummer!

abolutely wonderful!!!! first time I heard Mr. Mouzon was on a quad vinyl with Larry Corryel "The funky waltz" I was 9 yrs old and that got me into playing drums, Jaco has been my dad's all time fav. bass player and Mr. Mangelsdroff....uffff!!! a virtuoso!!!

Thanks for your support! I had so much fun & freedom playing drums with the late great Albert Mangelsdorff and the late great Jaco Pastorius at the Berlin Jazz Festival in 1976.

No problem, Alphonse. That's the least I could do. Yes, from the footage I can tell that this gig was a lot of fun for all the musicians involved. Your solos in this concert still stand as one of the best of all time!
