Struggling to find the motivation after being away weeks from You Tube and working out. Finished unpacking so I am running out of excuse so I have to get back into seriously working on my goals to lose the final 15-20 lbs. My guest star, Baxter the dog has returned again at the end of the video hehe, enjoy!

  • I finally fixed my motivation problem this week to not just run but run hard. Sometimes it gets easy staying just at the same plateau. What got me over the hump was signing up for the Quad Cities Half Marathon. I no longer could just do a run for whatever pace. Now I need to nail my goal pace.

    Very cute dog!

  • Wow a marathon sounds intense. Good luck on that. I might look for a challenge here on YT again to get motivated. I might look into training for the LA marathon maybe for next May 2010 lol.

  • I will of course support you :) You don't have to hurry with your last few lbs to lose. You have plenty of time to work it off slowly. You'll reach your goal eventually and you'll learn good habits ont he way hopefully.

  • My motivation has been almost non existent. It will come back.
