@surigatt i personally say that this is unlikely that it was down to chi gung, to direct the kind of force involved to cause this would take some practise, are you sure this was caused by the chi gung practise? Some breathing techyniques could damage a beginner I think, like forcing air to the top of their lungs, but I cannot think of how you could cause internal organ damage
@surigatt Chi Kung must be done with a teacher, and very slowly and carefully. The most common mistake is for students to breath too hard. Softly, gently and relaxed...

Sorry, I cannot understand you. I have also started practicing chi kung without master from maters Wong's books and I have a very big pain in my chest. I hope that the pain will disappear. But it must be a very good, natural art if someone has a master.
