This happened in October 1993 during Yeltsin's "democracy". UN is full of it. There have not been shortages in Russia since Yeltsin left power Herr SS.

And Die... Die all the time. Russias population is sinking.. Thats sounds good? It doesnt. USSR times were lot better check with UN documents. The country is rottening.

And yet people live there, and make money. Of course not s rich as the two capitals, but still are liveable.

and? The only place in Russia that is liveable is Moscow, for some reason life is better there. And the Semi-Liveable place is St.Petersbourgh. Everywhere else, its a fight for getting the food and drugs.
