@ladycamm It doesn't validate talent it validates using it as a way to sell stuff. A video hit's a million views in a short period, you can use that promote various products. So I don't think any of them were saying it validated talent. The Source Mag guys were saying they did it strictly to sell magazines. And whether you like or not that's what Media outlets have to stay to stay relevant. (I know the Source is't that relevant, but they are still selling magazines.)
