USHER FAN REJECTED, PASSPORT INCIDENT in TORONTO

What happened was, Usher was looking for his Number #1 fan so he could sing for her on stage, first girl was boo-ed by all the lady fans lol, 2nd girl was too young (19), then the last girl he picked was the ONE (24)

USHER: "finally!" lol

Also, as he was waiting for fan Number #3 to come up the stage, one audience member throws her passport on stage, Usher catches is, was laughing about it, and cuz of that he said he'd give it back to her personally after the show. And notice how he was telling all the ladies to be nice, coz everyone pretty much booed every person who went up the stage for fun, coz we all wanted to get picked by USHER.

USHER: "ladies be nice, I cant go all the way up to 10"
