I played the remake ROTDD. This is the best remake I have ever seen. Some are shit like Tales of Phantasia but ROTDD is like a whole new game. The only bad thing about it is that the mages are not as broken as they were before. Except for that it's full of new character development and it's a really awesome game. A little easier but still fun.
The only problem I have with the original is that we can't see Tao and Anri in their sexy clothing.

the game has many fantasy characters from elves mages centaurs monks shinobi samurai beast men steam punk dark knights dragons dwarfs even cyborg. i do really hope to see a movie like this in my life time. who is gonna direct? peter jackson? lol

i never knew the battle theme was so damn epic, i always only heard the first 30 seconds or so till now, but it sounds great hahaha

one thing i loved about this game was the fact that there were NO random encounters
every single battle was well thought out and as different as possible from all the others
