"1000th monkey" is my snarky way of saying that we are waaaay past critical mass, i.e. the time for change, and everyone (at some level) knows it.

since 2000, all conservatism starts with a lie. actually, it was brewing since 1980, but it became all-encompassing in 2000, with bush/rove. and mccain should know that, but he's a sell-out. they pick a lie (liberal media, all democrats raise taxes, health care reform is slavery) and start from there.

I know it is nothing knew, but what bothers me about this is that these lies are some of the key components of their case for Palin and against Obama.
