How to create a culture of innovation

How do you create a culture of innovation in a social purpose organization? Lynn McDonald, Innovation Accelerator at the Monterey Institute of International Studies, shares her tricks of the trade. Lynn's position was created just for her. A fellowship that came out of her graduate thesis project when she was a student at the Monterey Institute pursuing her MA in Public Administration. Lynn's primary responsibility is to foster a culture of innovation at the Institute. In addition to her fellowship, Lynn successful spearheaded TedxMonterey where she was the Managing Director.

Lynn holds a B.A. in Anthropology from Colby College.
