Just cut the top of the bulbs off, drizzle with olive oil and bake at 350 until soft. There is no final picture of it because it looks about the same, just wilted up.

  • Nice recipe/technique, but your garlic already had the green inner growth which is known to have off flavors. Just use fresh. Thanks for the vid.
