Patrick Barr NYC street photographer

Patrick Barr is a talented NYC character that has survived and endured. Note: He changed his tele. no. I bought 2 photos the day I met him and one is of a protestor being chased by an NYPD up the famous Coney Island ride protesting the parks dept use of trees from the rain forest and the other is an NYPD officer arresting a clown by Times Square "Tough town for a clown" both from maybe 9 years ago. Patrick has a photo of the Washington Square Arch with the World Trade Center, James Brown, comedian Albert Owen and more.
