@Konokocampos I agree with everything you just said, thank you for your feedback! I couldn't do a serious version because my friends were in the room, and I come off as a very silly person. I went through a breakup a few months before I recorded this cover, and I went through another one earlier this year. Maybe I'll re-do a cover of this song? Who knows..
