@Bassbox93 Racking in a breaker, it arc flashed and set him alight briefly. The worker in front of the cabinet died, the other sustained serious burns, this happened in Bogota a few years ago.
I heard on Another website That the breaker they were racking in kept tripping. (why you would rack a breaker in, in the closed position anyway i do not know) apparently happening because the breaker had been on a wet floor
the actual breaker itself would still have been off of the floor because of the metal chasis surrounding it
I am continuing my investigation into this, will post again if i find anythign new.
Noticed something interesting. Around 1:39 into the video, towards the right of the screen, a faint blue light shines through the smoke, as if to show that the workers (or one), managed to locate an exit, that or someone else came into the room and opened a door, allowing light to get in. Looking closely a bit closer to the middle reveals small reflections coming off the switchgear (off some external handles or something?).
